Refund and Return Policy

At Ultra Nutraceuticals, we are committed to delivering high-quality Ayurvedic products that meet your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns

  • Due to the nature of our Ayurvedic health products, we only accept returns if:
    • The item is damaged or defective upon delivery.
    • You received the wrong product.
  • To be eligible for a return:
    • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
    • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged product).

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or partially used products.
  • Products purchased during special promotions, clearance sales, or under “no return” offers.
  • Items returned after 7 days from delivery.
